A no-dig garden: understanding soil life

My favourite way to grow vegetables is by creating a no-dig garden bed. My entire property has slowly, over time, become one big no-dig garden bed.

No-dig sounds pretty good, right? A vegetable patch with no back-breaking digging is as easy as it sounds, and it has a ton of benefits for the soil and ecosystem of the garden. Healthy, thriving soil grows healthy, thriving plants.
